This versatile unit comprises two equal-sized exterior compartments - a freezer and a cooler, both measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 9'-9 3/4" L. The freezer boasts an NSF aluminum floor capable of supporting 600 Lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, while the cooler is designed without a floor, featuring an NSF vinyl screed. The insulation is 4" thick AK-XPS4, offering R-29 for the cooler and R-32 for the freezer, backed by a 50 Year R-value warranty. Constructed from 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces, this unit ensures longevity. It includes a flush self-closing door with super cam-rise spring assisted hinges and a door closer, alongside a digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch. Both compartments are equipped with prewired vapor-proof light fixtures.
