This unit is constructed with a sturdy aluminum floor and features 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, delivering an impressive R-29 thermal resistance for cooler applications and R-32 for freezer requirements. The cooler is clad in 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant Acrylume, adorning both interior and exterior surfaces. A flush self-closing door, equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle, ensures security and ease of access. The cooler comes with a digital LED thermometer and a convenient pilot light switch for temperature monitoring. Enhanced by 2 super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer, the structural integrity and user-friendliness are unmatched. Additionally, the prewired LED light fixture ensures proper illumination. This unit maintains a consistent 35°F temperature, powered by a top-mount, self-contained R-448A refrigeration system, optimized for 90°F ambient conditions.
