The cooler's robust construction features 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, providing an impressive thermal resistance of R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers. The exterior and interior surfaces are clad in 26-gauge stucco embossed Acrylume, ensuring corrosion resistance. Key functional components include a flush self-closing door equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle, and a digital LED thermometer complete with a pilot light switch. The door is supported by two super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer, enhancing its usability and security.
