This model incorporates 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, achieving an impressive R-29 rating for cooler applications and R-32 for freezer settings, ensuring superior thermal efficiency. The cooler's exterior and interior surfaces are protected with 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant Acrylume, enhancing longevity and reliability in demanding environments. The unit is equipped with a flush self-closing door, featuring a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle for security, and two super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges with a door closer for ease of use.
