This model is constructed without a floor and features 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, providing an R-29 rating for coolers and an R-32 rating for freezers. The cooler's surfaces are covered with 26 gauge stucco embossed Acrylume, ensuring resistance to corrosion inside and out. The design includes a flush self-closing door equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle, enhancing security. Door stability is maintained with two super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer. A digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch offers easy temperature monitoring. Inside, a prewired LED light fixture provides reliability and energy efficiency. The unit operates with a Bohn remote R-448A refrigeration system, sized for 95°F ambient temperature, maintaining a stable 35°F internal environment.
