Constructed without a floor, it incorporates 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, achieving R-29 thermal resistance for coolers and R-32 for freezers, providing efficient temperature control. The exterior and interior surfaces are protected by 26 gauge stucco embossed Acrylume, ensuring corrosion resistance. Its features include an NSF vinyl screed and a flush self-closing door equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle. A digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch enhances temperature monitoring. The unit also has 2 super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer, ensuring secure and easy access. Prewired with an LED light fixture, it is optimized for outdoor conditions with accessories such as a rain roof, door hood, and perimeter angles.
