Measuring 9'-9 3/4" in width, 11'-9 1/4" in length, and 7'-7" in height, it is equipped with 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, delivering R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, ensuring superior thermal performance. This walk-in cooler comes with a 50-year R-value warranty, guaranteeing long-lasting insulation efficiency. The exterior and interior surfaces are crafted from 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant Acrylume, enhancing durability and aesthetics. The NSF aluminum floor is rated at 600 lbs./sq. ft. for uniformly distributed loads, providing strong support for stored goods. Security and ease of access are ensured with a flush self-closing door featuring a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle latch, super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, and a door closer.
