It features 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, offering R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, ensuring superior thermal efficiency. The cooler is constructed with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant Acrylume on both interior and exterior surfaces, providing durability and reliability. The unit includes a flush self-closing door equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle, and is supported by two super cam-lift spring assisted hinges and a door closer for secure operation. A digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch is included for precise temperature monitoring, along with a prewired LED light fixture for enhanced visibility. The top-mounted, self-contained R-448A refrigeration system is designed to perform optimally at 35°F in environments up to 90°F ambient temperature, making it suitable for various commercial applications. The unit also features an NSF vinyl screed for sanitary compliance.
