It is designed without a floor, utilizing 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation to provide an R-29 rating for coolers and an R-32 rating for freezers, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. The exterior and interior are clad in 26-gauge stucco embossed Acrylume, offering superior corrosion resistance. This unit includes a self-closing flush door equipped with a keyed heavy-duty deadbolt handle, two super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges, and a door closer for security and ease of access. A digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch, and a prewired LED light fixture enhance functionality. The cooler comes with outdoor accessories such as a rain roof, door hood, and perimeter angles, paired with a Bohn outdoor remote R-448A refrigeration system, rated at 35°F with a 1 HP motor, suitable for an ambient temperature of 95°F.
