With a storage capacity of 12 cubic feet, it features self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration, ensuring efficient cooling across a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, monitored by an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display. This prep table is equipped with a 9" deep cutting board and comes with 18 clear Lexan pans in 1/6 size, enhancing its versatility for sandwich and salad preparation. The dual vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors have a 90° stay-open feature, providing ease of access during busy service times. Inside, the unit includes two wire shelves, with a white ABS liner and a stainless steel floor for durability and cleanliness. Mobility is facilitated by four 3" casters, two of which lock for stability. Operating on 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, it is powered by a 1/2 HP motor drawing 4.3 amps, using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally conscious performance.
