The Arctic Air AMT60R Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a two-section unit with a width of 61-1/4 inches and a storage capacity of 15.5 cubic feet. It features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing efficient cooling with a 33°F to 41°F temperature range. The table includes an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display for precise temperature control. A 9-inch deep cutting board spans the length, offering ample space for food preparation. This prep table comes with 24 1/6 clear Lexan pans, enhancing its utility for sandwich and salad assembly. It is equipped with two vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors, each with a 90-degree stay-open feature for ease of access. Inside, two wire shelves offer additional storage flexibility. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, and a white ABS interior liner with a stainless steel floor, it ensures durability and easy maintenance.
