Its stainless steel top comes with a raised refrigerated pan rail, accompanied by a 17-3/4"D cutting board, providing ample space for food preparation. The unit includes six 1/3 size clear lexan pans for organized ingredient storage. It is designed with one vaulted solid hinged self-closing door featuring a 90° stay open option, along with a sturdy shelf inside. The robust construction is highlighted by a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a white ABS interior and stainless steel floor. Mobility and stability are ensured with four 3" casters, two of which are locking. Utilizing eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a capacity of 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, it requires a 1/2 HP motor.
