Its self-contained side-mounted capillary tube refrigeration system is complemented by an electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display, maintaining a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F for optimal food preservation. The stainless steel top features a raised refrigerated pan rail, accommodating twelve 1/3 size clear Lexan pans, while the 17-3/4-inch deep cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. The unit's design includes three vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Additional features include three shelves and a durable construction with stainless steel front and sides, a white ABS interior, and a stainless steel floor.
