Measuring 62 inches in width, it features a marine edge top with a 1-inch extension on each side, providing a sturdy and spacious workspace. This unit includes two full-extension telescoping cartridge drawers, each capable of accommodating 6-inch deep pans, with a total capacity of six full-size pans. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and self-contained, utilizing capillary tube refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The unit is front-breathing, equipped with an electronic thermostat and an external LED display, allowing precise control within a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. Constructed from robust stainless steel, the chef base includes reinforced mounting points, stainless steel hook adapter bars, drawer facings, linings, and frames, ensuring durability and longevity. The heavy-duty stainless steel top is reinforced with an insulated ceramic fabric layer for added resilience. Mobility is facilitated by four 5-inch plate casters, two of which are locking.
