The Arctic Air AST28R Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a versatile solution for food service establishments requiring efficient refrigeration and prep space. This one-section unit, measuring 29 inches wide, offers a storage capacity of 6.5 cubic feet. It features self-contained rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration, utilizing the eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a cooling capacity of 492 BTU/h. The table operates within a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, regulated by an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display for precise control. The stainless steel top includes an 11-3/8-inch deep cutting board, ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. Additionally, it comes equipped with eight 1/6 size clear Lexan pans, providing ample organized storage for ingredients. The unit includes a vaulted solid hinged self-closing door with a 90-degree stay-open feature for easy access, complemented by one internal shelf.
