The Arctic Air AST48R Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a versatile two-section unit with a width of 48-1/4", designed to meet the demands of busy food service environments. It boasts a 12 cu. ft. capacity, powered by a self-contained rear mounted capillary tube refrigeration system utilizing environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display enable precise temperature control between 33°F to 41°F, ensuring optimal freshness for ingredients. The stainless steel top is complemented by an 11-3/8" deep cutting board, providing ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes twelve 1/6 size clear lexan pans, perfect for organized ingredient storage. The three vaulted solid hinged doors have a self-closing feature with a 90° stay open option for convenience. Two sturdy shelves offer additional storage, while the stainless steel front and sides paired with a white ABS interior and stainless steel floor ensure durability and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 3" casters, two of which are locking. With a 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, 1/2 HP compressor, and 4.3 amp draw, this prep table is efficient and reliable.
