The Arctic Air AST72R Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a versatile, three-section unit measuring 71-1/2"W, specifically designed for efficient food preparation in commercial kitchens. It boasts an 18 cu. ft. capacity, providing ample space for ingredients, with 18 included 1/6 size clear Lexan pans for organized storage. This unit features a self-contained rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration system, maintaining a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, adjustable via an electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display. The stainless steel top is equipped with an 11-3/8"D cutting board, enhancing the prep area's functionality. For convenience, the unit includes three vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors with a 90° stay open feature, allowing easy access to stored items. Internally, the prep table is crafted with a white ABS interior complemented by a stainless steel floor, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. It is supported by four 3" casters, two of which are locking, providing mobility and stability.
