It features 50/50 dependent doors with double pane thermal tempered glass, ensuring durability and optimal heat retention. The oven includes a 2-speed fan with an adjustable cool down mode for efficient temperature management. Each oven comes with five wire racks and removable 13-position rack guides, providing flexibility for different baking operations. Safety and convenience are enhanced with door interlock switches and an automatic pilot system with safety shut-off. The enamel interior and stainless steel exterior ensure ease of cleaning and robust construction. For easy mobility, it includes a stacking kit and four locking casters.
