The Berkel X13AE-PLUS Premium Food Slicer - a versatile solution for both manual and automatic operations - is equipped with a 13-inch diameter stainless steel knife, designed for precision and efficiency. Its 45-degree gravity feed and adjustable slice thickness up to 1-5/16 inches cater to diverse slicing needs, making it suitable for multiple market segments from small delis to large commercial kitchens. The ergonomic controls and conveniently located index knob ensure ease of use, while the removable sharpener and permanent knife ring guard enhance safety and maintenance. Sealed pushbutton controls, combined with an anodized aluminum gauge plate and knife cover, add durability.
