With a capacity of 16.02 cubic feet, this counter features both upper and lower pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, catering to the needs of busy commercial kitchens. Additionally, it includes one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top is designed with openings for eight 1/6 size pans, with the supplied pans being 4" deep but can accommodate up to 6" deep pans. An integrated 10" polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel with a galvanized steel back and bottom, while the interior is constructed from aluminum. The unit is equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by a 1/3 HP motor.
