The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-4 Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a versatile three-section refrigeration unit designed for efficiency in food preparation environments. With a spacious width of 72 inches and a total capacity of 20.0 cubic feet, it provides ample space for various ingredients and food items. This unit features four drawers, both upper and lower pull-out, which can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep, while the supplied pans are 4 inches deep. Additionally, it includes one door and two shelves for organized storage. The stainless steel top is engineered with openings for eight 1/6 size pans, allowing for easy access to ingredients, and is paired with a 17-inch polyethylene cutting board for convenient preparation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior, the counter is built to withstand demanding kitchen environments. It incorporates rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP motor.
