The cabinet accommodates either four 18" x 26" pans or eight 12" x 20" pans on adjustable welded wire supports spaced 1-1/2" apart. Its removable top water pan adds to its practicality, allowing for moist heat settings when necessary. Built with stainless steel and aluminum construction, the unit is both durable and easy to clean, while also being mobile, thanks to 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
