This mobile cabinet stands at 3/4 height and is fully insulated to ensure consistent temperature maintenance. It features a solid field-reversible door, allowing for flexible installation options in diverse kitchen layouts. Engineered with a temperature range of 70°F to 215°F, it provides precise heat control through its solid-state controls, making it suitable for keeping food warm in different culinary applications. The universal width accommodates adjustable welded wire pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, holding up to nine 18" x 26" pans or eighteen 12" x 20" pans, enhancing its adaptability for various food holding needs. Additionally, the cabinet includes a removable top water pan to maintain humidity. It is equipped with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring easy mobility and secure placement.
