The BevLes Company PHC32-10-A-1L1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet is a versatile mobile undercounter unit designed for functionality in professional kitchens. With a non-insulated construction, it features a clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door for easy visibility and access. The cabinet operates within a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F, adjustable via a digital thermostat with a variable humidity control and LED display. It includes adjustable aluminum pan supports set on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating either five 18" x 26" pans, ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens. This model is equipped with a removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover for added convenience. Mobility is enhanced by 3" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 2000 watts and 16.7 amps of power, with an 8-foot cord and NEMA 5-20P plug. The PHC32-10-A-1L1 is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards, making it an excellent choice for bakeries, restaurants, and catering services that require reliable, efficient proofing and holding solutions.
