The BevLes Company PHC32-10INS-A-1L1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Undercounter is a versatile and compact solution designed to meet the demands of commercial kitchens and bakeries. This mobile unit features an insulated top, back, and sides, ensuring consistent temperature management within a range of 80°F to 180°F. The cabinet includes a clear Lexan left-hand hinged door, allowing for easy visibility and access to contents. The digital thermostat and variable humidity control with an LED display provide precise environmental management for proofing and holding purposes. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with adjustable aluminum pan supports set at 1-1/2" centers, capable of holding five 18"x26" pans, ten 12"x20" pans, or five 23"x23" donut screens. The removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover enhance its functionality and ease of maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by 3" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, for secure positioning. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and a current draw of 16.7 amps. It comes equipped with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug, and is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
