The BevLes Company PHC32-10INS-A-1R1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet is a mobile and versatile solution designed for various food service industry needs, particularly in baking and catering environments. This undercounter unit features an insulated top, back, and sides to maintain stable temperatures, ranging from 80°F to 180°F, crucial for proofing and holding applications. Equipped with a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, it offers visibility and easy access. The cabinet includes a digital thermostat and variable humidity control with an LED display, allowing precise environmental adjustments. Its adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced on 1-1/2" centers, can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" pans, ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens, making it highly adaptable to different culinary needs. For added convenience, the unit has a removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover. Mobility is facilitated by 3" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet includes an 8' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug, and is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
