The cabinet's interior features adjustable aluminum pan supports set on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans, ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens, enhancing its adaptability for various culinary applications. A clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door provides easy access and visibility, while the removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover contribute to efficient operation and maintenance. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit is equipped with 3" swivel plate casters, two of which include brakes for stability, ensuring mobility and convenience in any kitchen space.
