This non-insulated cabinet features a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, offering easy access and visibility. Equipped with a digital thermostat, it provides precise temperature control ranging from 80°F to 180°F, ensuring optimal conditions for proofing and holding. The variable humidity control and LED display further enhance its functionality, allowing for tailored adjustments to suit various culinary requirements. The cabinet's interior is designed with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" pans, as well as (8) 23" x 23" donut screens, offering flexibility in usage. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover provide added convenience. The unit is mobile, featuring 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and includes an 8' cord with NEMA 5-20P.
