The cabinet's interior is designed with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" pans, as well as (8) 23" x 23" donut screens, offering flexibility in usage. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover provide added convenience. The unit is mobile, featuring 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring stability during use.
