This non-insulated cabinet is equipped with a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, enhancing visibility and accessibility. It features a digital thermostat and variable humidity control with an LED display, ensuring precise temperature management within a range of 80° to 180°F. The cabinet offers flexibility with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans, sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or eight 23" x 23" donut screens. Its removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover facilitate easy maintenance. The unit is constructed from durable aluminum and includes 5" swivel plate casters, two of which come with brakes for stability during use.
