The BevLes Company PHC44-16INS-A-1L1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Half Height is a versatile solution for professionals in the food service industry needing efficient proofing and holding capabilities. This mobile, half-height cabinet is equipped with an insulated top, back, and sides, ensuring energy efficiency and consistent temperature maintenance from 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door provides visibility for easy monitoring without compromising insulation. With a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, the cabinet allows precise adjustments tailored to specific culinary requirements, all displayed on an easy-to-read LED screen. The cabinet features adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans, sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or eight 23" x 23" donut screens, offering flexibility for various baking needs. The removable heating module and 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover enhance the unit's functionality and ease of maintenance. Constructed from durable aluminum and mounted on 5" swivel plate casters (two with brakes) for mobility, the cabinet is powered by 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 2000 watts and drawing 16.7 amps.
