This mobile, half-height cabinet is equipped with an insulated top, back, and sides, ensuring consistent thermal retention and energy efficiency. The unit features a clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door, providing visibility and easy access to contents. Operating within a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F, it includes a digital thermostat and variable humidity control with an LED display, allowing for precise environmental adjustments. The cabinet's adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced 1-1/2 inches apart, can accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans, sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or eight 23" x 23" donut screens, making it adaptable for various culinary applications. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its functionality. Designed with mobility in mind, it is fitted with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes for secure placement. Built from durable aluminum and operating on 208-230v/50/60/1-ph power with a 2000-watt output, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
