The cabinet's adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced 1-1/2 inches apart, can accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans, sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or eight 23" x 23" donut screens, making it adaptable for various culinary applications. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its functionality. Designed with mobility in mind, it is fitted with 5-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes for secure placement.
