Designed for versatility, the cabinet includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or alternatively, eight 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module, paired with a 5 qt. cast water reservoir and cover, enhances the cabinet's adaptability and ease of maintenance. Mobility is ensured by 5" swivel plate casters, two of which come with brakes, while the aluminum construction offers durability and lightweight maneuvering. Powering the unit requires a 208-230v/50/60/1-ph electrical connection with a capability of 2000 watts, drawing 9.7/8.7 amps.
