The BevLes Company PHC44-16INS-A-4R1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Half Height is an essential asset for foodservice operations requiring precise temperature and humidity control. This mobile, half-height cabinet is engineered with an insulated top, back, and sides, ensuring consistent thermal retention. Featuring a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, it allows for easy visibility and access to contents. The integrated digital thermostat and variable humidity control, along with an LED display, facilitate efficient management of internal conditions within a temperature range of 80° to 180°F. Designed for versatility, the cabinet includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" or sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or alternatively, eight 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module, paired with a 5 qt. cast water reservoir and cover, enhances the cabinet's adaptability and ease of maintenance. Mobility is ensured by 5" swivel plate casters, two of which come with brakes, while the aluminum construction offers durability and lightweight maneuvering. Powering the unit requires a 208-230v/50/60/1-ph electrical connection with a capability of 2000 watts, drawing 9.7/8.7 amps. This product is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
