It is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, with an LED display providing precision within an 80°F to 180°F temperature range. The interior is designed with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to 12 full-size 18" x 26" pans, 24 half-size 12" x 20" pans, or 12 donut screens measuring 23" x 23". This cabinet includes a removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover, ensuring versatile functionality. Built for mobility, it comes with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug.
