This 3/4 height, non-insulated unit features a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, allowing for easy visibility and access to contents. Equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, users can maintain an optimal environment with a temperature range of 80° to 180°F. The cabinet's adjustable aluminum pan supports, positioned on 1-1/2" centers, accommodate up to 12 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 24 pans measuring 12" x 20", as well as 12 donut screens of 23" x 23". A key feature is the removable heating module, complemented by a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover, ensuring efficient operation. Mobility is enhanced by 5" swivel plate casters, two of which include brakes for stability.
