The BevLes Company PHC60-24INS-A-4L1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4-height unit designed for optimal efficiency in commercial kitchens. This cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides, providing excellent temperature retention and energy efficiency. It includes a left-hand hinged clear Lexan® door, facilitating easy access and visibility. The digital thermostat allows for precise control of temperatures ranging from 80°F to 180°F, while the variable humidity control ensures the perfect environment for proofing and holding food items. Equipped with an LED display, the cabinet allows for easy monitoring of internal conditions. It supports up to (12) 18" x 26" pans, (24) 12" x 20" pans, or (12) 23" x 23" donut screens, with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet includes a removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover for added convenience. For mobility, it is equipped with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 208-230v/50/60/1-ph with a 2000-watt power requirement and 9.7/8.7 amps. The BevLes PHC60-24INS-A-4L1 is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for maintaining food quality in a variety of culinary settings.
