The BevLes Company PHC70-32-A-1L2 Proofing & Holding Cabinet is a versatile, mobile, full-height unit tailored for professional kitchens that require efficient and precise temperature control. This non-insulated cabinet is equipped with dual clear Lexan® left-hand hinged Dutch doors, allowing easy access and visibility. It features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control and an LED display, maintaining a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F. The cabinet is designed with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to sixteen 18" x 26" or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, or sixteen 23" x 23" donut screens, making it ideal for bakers and caterers. Its removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with cover enhance functionality and ease of use. Mobility is facilitated by 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power consumption of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, connecting via an 8' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug.
