The BevLes Company PHC70-32-A-1R1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Full Height is a versatile and efficient solution for commercial kitchens and bakeries. This non-insulated cabinet features a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, providing easy visibility and access. The digital thermostat with variable humidity control and LED display ensures precise temperature management, ranging from 80° to 180°F. Designed to accommodate various pan sizes, it includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, capable of holding (16) 18" x 26" pans, (32) 12" x 20" pans, or (16) 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its flexibility and maintenance. Built with durable aluminum construction, it is mobile thanks to 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power consumption of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and includes an 8' cord with NEMA 5-20P plug.
