The digital thermostat with variable humidity control and LED display ensures precise temperature management, ranging from 80° to 180°F. Designed to accommodate various pan sizes, it includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, capable of holding (16) 18" x 26" pans, (32) 12" x 20" pans, or (16) 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its flexibility and maintenance. Built with durable aluminum construction, it is mobile thanks to 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
