The BevLes Company PHC70-32-A-1R2 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Full Height is a versatile unit designed to meet the needs of bakeries and other food service operations. This mobile, full-height cabinet features a non-insulated aluminum construction, ensuring durability and ease of movement. Equipped with two clear Lexan® right-hand hinged Dutch doors, it offers convenient access while maintaining visibility of the contents. The cabinet's digital thermostat allows precise temperature control within a range of 80°F to 180°F, complemented by variable humidity control and an LED display for easy monitoring. The adjustable aluminum pan supports, set on 1-1/2" centers, accommodate up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" pans, 32 half-size 12" x 20" pans, or 16 donut screens measuring 23" x 23". Its removable heating module simplifies maintenance, while the 5 qt. cast water reservoir with a cover supports humidity regulation. For mobility, the cabinet is outfitted with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it includes an 8' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
