The BevLes Company PHC70-32-A-4L2 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Full Height is a versatile and efficient solution for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and foodservice establishments. This full-height, non-insulated cabinet features two clear Lexan® left-hand hinged dutch doors, providing easy access and visibility. The digital thermostat and variable humidity control, along with the LED display, allow precise temperature management within a range of 80°F to 180°F. Designed to accommodate diverse baking needs, it includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, capable of holding up to 16 pans measuring 18" x 26", 32 pans measuring 12" x 20", or 16 donut screens of 23" x 23". The removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its functionality, while its 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, ensure mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 208-230v/50/60/1-ph and delivers 2000 watts with 9.7/8.7 amps. This unit is provided with a cord only and meets cULus and NSF certifications, making it a reliable and compliant choice for maintaining quality standards across various foodservice market segments.
