This mobile, full-height cabinet features a right-hand hinged clear Lexan® door, allowing for easy visibility and access. The non-insulated design, paired with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, accommodates a wide temperature range of 80° to 180°F, making it adaptable for various culinary needs. The unit supports adjustable aluminum pan supports set on 1-1/2" centers, capable of holding up to 16 pans measuring 18" x 26", 32 pans measuring 12" x 20", or 16 donut screens sized 23" x 23". A removable heating module aids in convenient maintenance, while the 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhances humidity control. The cabinet is equipped with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring mobility and stability.
