This cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides, enhancing its energy efficiency. Equipped with a clear left-hand hinged Lexan® door, it provides easy visibility and access to its contents. The digital thermostat and variable humidity control allow precise temperature management within a range of 80° to 180°F, ensuring ideal conditions for proofing and holding. This cabinet is designed to accommodate a variety of pan sizes, with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, fitting up to 16 pans of 18" x 26", 32 pans of 12" x 20", or 16 donut screens measuring 23" x 23". A removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover facilitate easy maintenance. The cabinet's mobility is enhanced by 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum and operating with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, it is rated at 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The 8-foot cord with NEMA 5-20P plug ensures convenient connectivity.
