It features two clear Lexan left-hand hinged dutch doors, contributing to its user-friendly design. The unit is equipped with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to sixteen 18" x 26" pans, thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, or sixteen 23" x 23" donut screens.
