The BevLes Company PHC70-32INS-A-1R1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Full Height is engineered for optimal performance in professional kitchens. This versatile cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides, enhancing its efficiency in maintaining consistent temperatures ranging from 80°F to 180°F. The unit's single clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door allows for easy visibility and access, while the digital thermostat and variable humidity control, along with an LED display, enable precise environmental adjustments. Its design accommodates up to 32 pans of 12" x 20", 16 pans of 18" x 26", or 16 donut screens measuring 23" x 23", thanks to the adjustable aluminum pan supports set on 1-1/2" centers. For added convenience, the heating module is removable, and it includes a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover. Mobility is facilitated by the 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum and powered by a 120v/60/1-ph, 2000-watt, 16.7-amp system, this cabinet includes an 8' power cord with NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for bakeries, catering services, and other foodservice operations requiring dependable proofing and holding solutions.
