This full-height unit features insulated top, back, and sides to ensure consistent temperature maintenance and energy efficiency. Equipped with two clear Lexan® right-hand hinged dutch doors, it offers easy visibility and access to stored items. The cabinet's digital thermostat, coupled with variable humidity control and an LED display, allows precise environmental control within a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F. Its adjustable aluminum pan supports, set on 1-1/2" centers, can accommodate up to sixteen 18" x 26" pans, thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, or sixteen 23" x 23" donut screens, offering flexibility to suit various storage needs. The removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover enhance its functionality, while the 5" swivel plate casters, two with brakes, ensure easy mobility.
