The BevLes Company PHC70-32INS-A-4L1 Proofing & Holding Cabinet Mobile Full Height is a versatile and essential equipment for bakeries and professional kitchens. This mobile, full-height cabinet is designed with insulated top, back, and sides to ensure efficient temperature retention, offering a range of 80°F to 180°F. It features a clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door, providing easy access while maintaining visibility of contents. The cabinet is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, allowing precise environmental adjustments suitable for various food products. The LED display facilitates easy monitoring of conditions. It accommodates up to sixteen 18" x 26" or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, or sixteen 23" x 23" donut screens on adjustable aluminum pan supports spaced at 1-1/2" centers. The removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover enhance its functionality. Mobility is ensured with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
