This mobile, full-height cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides, ensuring efficient thermal retention. Equipped with two clear Lexan® right-hand hinged Dutch doors, it allows for easy viewing and access. The cabinet's digital thermostat and variable humidity control offer precise environmental adjustments, with a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F, tailored for professional baking needs. Adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers accommodate a variety of pan sizes: 16 pans measuring 18" x 26", 32 pans measuring 12" x 20", or 16 donut screens measuring 23" x 23", providing flexibility for different baking requirements. The removable heating module adds convenience, while the 5-quart cast water reservoir with cover ensures consistent humidity levels.
