The BevLes Company PICA32-10-A-1R1 Proofing Cabinet (donut proofer) is a mobile, undercounter unit designed to meet the diverse needs of bakeries and food service establishments. This non-insulated model features a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, providing easy visibility of contents. Equipped with a digital thermostat, the cabinet offers a temperature range of 60°F to 120°F, ensuring precise control for optimal proofing conditions. The variable humidity control and LED display enhance ease of use, allowing for customizable settings. The cabinet can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens, thanks to adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers. A removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with cover add to its functionality. Mobility is facilitated by 3" swivel plate casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed with durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 1400 watts and 13 amps, and is equipped with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P. The PICA32-10-A-1R1 is cULus and NSF certified, reflecting its compliance with industry standards and commitment to safety and quality.
