This non-insulated cabinet features a clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door, providing visibility and easy access. It offers a temperature range from 60°F to 120°F, controlled by a digital thermostat with variable humidity control, displayed via an LED interface. The interior is equipped with adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced at 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" or ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens, making it highly versatile for different baking requirements.
