The BevLes Company PICA32-10INS-A-1L1 Proofing Cabinet, also known as a donut proofer, is designed for optimal functionality in professional kitchens. This mobile undercounter unit features an insulated top, back, and sides to ensure efficient temperature control. It is equipped with a clear Lexan left-hand hinged door, allowing easy monitoring of contents. The proofer operates within a temperature range of 60°F to 120°F, controlled via a digital thermostat with variable humidity control and an LED display for precision. The cabinet's adjustable aluminum pan supports, set on 1-1/2" centers, can accommodate five 18" x 26" pans, ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens, making it versatile for various baking needs. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with a cover provide additional convenience for maintenance. For mobility, the cabinet is equipped with 3" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit requires a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 1400 watts and 13 amps, and includes an 8' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This product is cULus and NSF certified, highlighting its adherence to safety and health standards.
