This cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides to maintain consistent temperatures, ranging from 60°F to 120°F, which are easily managed through a digital thermostat and LED display. Equipped with variable humidity control, it offers precise climate management essential for proofing dough. The unit includes a clear Lexan right-hand hinged door, providing visibility and easy access. It accommodates various configurations with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, holding either five 18" x 26" or ten 12" x 20" pans, or five 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance usability and maintenance. Its mobility is ensured by 3" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes to secure the unit in place. Constructed with durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph, requiring 1400 watts and 13 amps, with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for connectivity.
